What you get

A category report ($395) lists every vendor Erie County paid in that category over the last 12 months, ranked, with totals since 2020 and who’s rising, falling and new.

A company payment history ($95) shows everything Erie County has paid one company since 2020, by department and year.

Both are built from Erie County’s public check register, current through the latest week the county has published.

Delivery

Reports are delivered as a PDF by email within one business day of your order.

If anything is wrong with your report, reply to the email it came in and we’ll fix it.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final.

How you can use it

Reports are for your own organization’s use. Please don’t resell or republish them. Quoting a figure with credit to The Payee Report is fine.

About the data

Figures come from the Erie County Comptroller’s weekly vendor-check reports and are matched to the county’s printed totals. Payments to individuals are never named. The Payee Report is independent and not affiliated with Erie County.
